This pizzetta recipe is similar to our other one, but great for our Jewish friends during Passover!
Prep time: 3 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 Matzah
- 1.5 servings of low fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 serving of pizza sauce
Preparation:
- Break the Matzah into four pieces
- Spread the pizza sauce on each piece
- Add the low fat mozzarella cheese on top of each piece
- Put on a microwave-safe plate and place in microwave for 1 minute
