Protein Mug Cake

Tired of drinking your protein shake? With this 2-minute recipe, you can eat it too!

Prep time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pouch of Advocare Meal Replacement Shake – we used chocolate flavor for this mug, you can use the chocolate peanut butter, mocha, vanilla, or berry flavor

Preparation:

  1. Add 1 pouch of Advocare Meal Replacement Shake into a mug
  2. Add 1/3 cup of water – if you want it more moist, you can add milk or almond milk
  3. Mix with spoon
  4. you can add chocolate chips – not counted in the nutrition
  5. microwave for 90 seconds
