Ingredients:
- 1 pouch of Advocare Meal Replacement Shake – we used chocolate flavor for this mug, you can use the chocolate peanut butter, mocha, vanilla, or berry flavor

Preparation:
- Add 1 pouch of Advocare Meal Replacement Shake into a mug
- Add 1/3 cup of water – if you want it more moist, you can add milk or almond milk
- Mix with spoon
- you can add chocolate chips – not counted in the nutrition
- microwave for 90 seconds
