3-ingredient Gluten Free Bagels

Ingredients:
– 1 cup gluten free flour
– 1 cup Greek plain yogurt
– 1 1/2 tsp baking powder (no need if your flour is self-rising)
– I added everything but the bagel topping into the dough to make it more flavorful but not needed

Preparation:
1) mix all ingredients in a bowl
2) grease a pan or air fryer
3) cook in oven for 10-15min at 350F or air fryer for 11min at 330F until golden
4) ENJOY!
