Chocotorta Gluten Free

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients: makes 1-2 portions
– 1 box Frank’s gluten free chocolate cookies (get them here:
– 2 tbsp Dulce de leche (get it here:
– 3 tbsp small light sour cream
– 1/2 cup prepared instant coffee

1. Pour the coffee into a bowl
2. On another bowl, mix the dulce de leche and sour cream until you create a smooth, light-brown mix
3. Soak one cookie at a time for a few seconds in the coffee
4. Each cookie you soak, place on a small container (I used a container to allow for 3 cookies)
5. Once the bottom of the container is covered in one layer of cookies, spread an even layer of dulce-sourcream-mix on top of the cookies
6. Repeat steps 3-5, each time adding another layer to the cake until you run out of cookies
