Easy Gluten Free Pancakes

– 3/4 cup Cassava Flour
– 1/2 Tbsp baking powder (can skip)
– 1 tsp sea salt
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp almond milk

1) Mix all ingredients in a bowl
2) heat frying pan at low-med temp and spray with cooking spray (or use something else to grease)
3) add the amount of batter you’d like depending on the size of pancake you want
4) once you see bubbles at the top of the pancake, flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes
5) Repeat steps 1-4 until you have the desired amount of pancakes
6) Feel free to add syrup, fruit, or any other toppings
