Easy Gluten Free Challah Bread

Ingredients (makes 2 Challoht):
– 1.5 cups warm water
– 1 small packet of dry yeast
– 3 tbsp honey
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 1 large egg
– 1 tsp salt
– 4.5 cup gluten free flower

Preparation:
1) In a large bowl mix all ingredients except flour
2) Wait 3-5 minutes to allow the yeast to act and mix in the flour
3) Cover loosely with a tablecloth or towel and let sit for at least 30 minutes
4) Split the dough in two and each half into 3 sections
5) Roll each section into a long log-shape
6) Use 3 log-shapes per Challah to make into a braid
7) Place in oven at 375F for 30-45 minutes or until the top is brown (optional: add bagel flavoring and use another egg to help it stick and for an egg wash)
8) Let cool
9) ENJOY!
