Gluten Free Crispy Protein Cereal Treats

Ingredients:
– 4 Tablespoons salted butter
– 6 cups mini marshmallows, divided
– 6 cups gluten free cereal of choice (I used Three Wishes protein cereal)

Preparation:
1) Line a 9×9 inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray
2) Melt the butter in a pot at medium-low heat.
3) Reduce the heat to low and add the marshmallows. Stir frequently until the marshmallows are thoroughly melted
4) Add in the gluten free cereal and mix well
5) Transfer to the prepared pan and use a spatula or spoon to press into the pan
6) Let it cool, then cut into 16-20 squares
7) ENJOY!
