Gluten Free Fudgey Protein Brownies

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup chocolate chopped
– 1 cup greek vanilla yogurt
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 6 packets of splenda
– 3/4 cup all purpose flour
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 cup milk of choice

Preparation:
1) melt your chocolate in the microwave (60-120 seconds depending on wattage).
2) add the yogurt, splenda, and sugar, and mix until smooth
3) add the flour, cocoa powder, and milk. Mix well.
4) bake in 8×8 inch pan at 350F for 25-30 minutes
5) let the brownies cool
6) ENJOY!
