Super Easy Pineapple Fried Rice

– 1 chicken breast
– 2 egg whites
– 1 slice of a large tomato
– 2 pineapple chunks
– lettuce to taste (optional)
– 1 serving of 1-min rice

– cook the chicken breast with your preferred method
– cook the egg whites on a frying pan – scramble them as they cook
– microwave the rice
– cut up the chicken breast
– add the rice and chicken to the egg whites and mix
– cut up the tomato slice, lettuce and pineapple chunks, and add them to the pan
– mix and leave for 3-5 minutes
– serve and ENJOY
