Gluten Free Brownies

Ingredients:
– 6 tbsp coconut oil
– 1 cup chocolate
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 4 packets of Splenda
– 2 eggs
– 2 tbsp cocoa powder
– 3 tbsp gluten free flour

Preparation:
1) melt the coconut oil and chocolate in the microwave (30-45 seconds depending on wattage )
2) mix all ingredients in a bowl
3) place in an 9 x 5 pan at 350F in the oven for 30 minutes
4) let cool
5) ENJOY!
