4-ingredient dairy free chocolate fudge

– 1 cup coconut oil (solid)
– 1/4 cup cocoa powder
– 1/4 cup peanut butter
– sweetener to taste

1) semi-melt the coconut by placing it in the microwave for 10 seconds
2) mix all ingredients in a bowl

3) pour into a small square container
3) freeze for 10 minutes

*keep the fudge refrigerated until you are ready to eat a piece (pictured is right out of the freezer)
