Argentine “Arroz con Atún” (tuna and rice)

Not sure of the exact origin of this recipe, but it was a classic back home in Argentina. It is super easy and so delicious!

Prep time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Single serve cup of 1-minute microwaveable rice (if cooking for more than one person, you can calculate about 1-2 cups per person)
  • 1 single serve packet of tuna (same as the cup, you can add more if making it for now than one person)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Optional: add some green olives

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl
  2. Refrigerate to let cool
  3. Enjoy!

It may sound strange to mix these three ingredients but it is so good!
