Chocolate Covered Rice Cakes – gluten-allergy friendly

This recipe is super easy and fast!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 chocolate squares (can be any brand. I used Enjoy life chocolates that are free from 14 allergens)
  • 2 rice cakes

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chocolate squares in quarters
  2. Place them in a microwave safe cup
  3. Microwave for 1 minute
  4. Stir until all the chocolate has melted and you have a smooth paste
  5. Spread the chocolate over the river cakes
  6. Refrigerate for 2 minutes (you can let the chocolate cool at room temperature but would take longer)
