Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 serving of your favorite pasta (pictured is Banza rotini – chickpea based)
- 1 serving of low fat cottage cheese
- 1 single serve packet tuna
Preparation:
- Boil water in a pan
- Pour in the serving of pasta and cook to your liking – I love pasta al dente
- When the pasta is cooked, drain the water and put into a bowl
- Add the cottage cheese and the tuna
- Mix and enjoy!
