- 1 medium-large tomato
- 1 small can of tuna
- 1 serving of fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- Cut the top of the tomato off
- With a spoon, scrape the inside of the tomato and put the contents in a bowl
- Add the tuna and the cheese to the bowl
- Mix
- put in the microwave for 30 seconds
- Pour the mix into the hollow tomato
- ENJOY!
