Peanut Butter FILLED Protein Cookies – gluten free!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • chewy protein bar – I used Kirkland Signature Protein Bar
  • 1tbsp powdered peanut butter

Preparation:

  1. Mix 1tbsp of powdered peanut butter with water to desired peanut butter consistency
  2. Unwrap the protein bar and place on a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 10 seconds
  3. Cut the bar into 4 equal parts
  4. Using a spoon, mash each part to thin it out
  5. Take some of the peanut butter and put into the center of each thinned piece of bar
  6. Then fold each piece so that the bar is enclosing the peanut butter
  7. Place the 4 pieces onto aluminum foil and place in the center of the oven rack
  8. Bake at 450 F for 3 minutes
  9. ENJOY!
