Ingredients:
- 1 package of Italian Farro
- Kale, washed, pulled from stems, and chopped
- Spinach, washed, amount of your liking
- Arugula, washed, amount of your liking
- 1 medium carrot, diced to your liking
- 1 serving of edamame
- 4oz ground turkey, lean
Preparation
- Cook the farro as directed in the package
- Drain it and let it cool
- Spray non-stick spray/Pam on a skillet and cook the ground turkey while you are cooking the farro
- Mix the farro, kale, spinach, arugula, edamame, and carrots, in a bowl
- Add the ground turkey and mix
