Quest Bar Cookies – Gluten Free!

This is a great snack you can prepare the same morning to take to work, especially if you’re tired of eating the bar with a chewy consistency.

Prep time: 3:30 minutes


  • protein bar – whether quest or Kirkland brand (or similar, has to be a chewy bar)


  1. Take bar off wrapper and place on a microwave safe plate
  2. Turn on the oven for baking at 450 F
  3. Put bar in the microwave for 10 seconds
  4. Cut the microwaved bar into 3-6 pieces and make into balls
  5. Place these on aluminum foil and place in the middle of the oven rack for 3 minutes
  6. Enjoy! (careful, they are HOT)
