Prep time: 5 minutes or less
Ingredients:

- cherry tomatoes
- Chunk light tuna in water (I use the 70-Calorie can by StarKist)
- Low fat cottage cheese (I use Breakstone’s)
Preparation:
- Open the cottage cheese container
- With help of a spoon, pour the contents of the container into a bowl
- Open the can of tuna
- With a help of a spoon, pour the contents of the can into the same bowl
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to the bowl in the amount of your liking
Tastes MUCH better than what it looks like!N
This is a great snack on-the-go as well as a great snack during REST DAYS.
